College and Career

Our college ministry is geared toward college students and 20-somethings. We meet on a weekly basis and spend time worshipping, discussing God’s word and hanging out with each other. It is our desire to challenge, support and inspire each other towards greater things. If you are a college student or a young career adult then this is the place for you.

Wednesday nights are about being a community.

· We offer worship times to give that spiritual ‘pick me up’ in the middle of the week.

· We meet in cell groups to develop a deeper level of fellowship.

· We study the Word and we also talk about real life, our struggles and our joys.

· Our coffeehouse times after the sessions allow students to stay and hang out (or they can go home and hit the books.)

2011-2012 Theme

This year’s themes are Intimacy with God and Being His Witnesses. Our goal this year is to focus on building up each others as we seek a deeper walk with God and as we continue to become everyday witnesses for Christ. Remember living the Christian life is a ‘team sport’; we need each other.

About Our Weekly Gatherings

Our schedule has three components:

1. Worship Nights – usually once a month (and with the High School ministry)

2. In house weeks – weeks where we are in our cell groups studying the Word. This year our study will be themes from the gospel of John.

3. Out house weeks - weeks when we meet with our cells outside of Wednesday night. These nights may have a speaker or a video, a game night or a fun event.

So, for example, here’s the schedule for September:

9/7 In – CG night

9/14 Worship Night (w/HS) - joint service

9/21 In – CG night

9/28 Out – TBD (come and be surprised)
